Beginners Guide To Email Marketing
In the past decade, the number of people connected to the internet has exploded. Packaged in a laser-focused 9-module self-study curriculum delivered via video tutorials and backed up with worksheets, templates, checklists and real life examples, by the end of the programme you’ll have your email marketing working harder for you, so you can elevate your marketing and create valuable relationships with your audience as well as a solid income.
All these channels should be linked and integrated as efficiently as possible to best accommodate the preferences of the customer, the marketing goals and the overall business objectives – the integration and mutual strengthening of email and social media is a typical example of this.
Pardot’s lead management software features CRM integration, email marketing, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and ROI reporting to help marketing and sales teams work together to generate and qualify sales leads, shorten sales cycles, and demonstrate marketing accountability.
My favorite email platforms are Mailchimp when you’re first getting started building your list they have a great free plan and ConvertKit once you’ve got your incentives and funnels dialed in. Convert Kit really puts your list building on beast mode.
The interface includes customized signup forms you can integrate into your website or your Facebook page, social sharing integration, dozens of customizable templates and a full-featured API to sync existing customer databases, shopping carts and more.
GetResponse have fantastic autoresponders and a good automation tool that allows you to automatically remove/move contacts between lists when certain conditions are met (e.g. removing a contact from a list called ‘leads’ when a lead makes a purchase).
Zoho Campaigns is integrated with in-house services like Zoho CRM, Zoho Survey, Zoho Forms, Zoho Creator, Zoho Docs & Zoho Sites, and other services like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, Shopify, SurveyMonkey, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Apps etc.
If you can categorize your emails by format, you can set goals around different categories to ensure they are receiving the desired amount of engagement – for example, at least 40% stay on the email for three seconds for a kickback, versus at least 40% at 10 seconds for an announcement.
